![]() Daily recording of brewing/fermentation data.Cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all brewery equipment, including brewhouse, fermentation vessels, brite tanks and kegs.Packaging kegged beer and cooperage management.Raw material management, including yeast handling.Fermentation management and Cellar duties.Wort production and brewhouse cleaning.Assisting in quality assurance and quality control.Ability to operate a forklift and other mechanical equipment.Maintain equipment using proper operating, preventative maintenance, and cleaning/sanitation procedures. ![]() Clear understanding of air and gas systems, including beer tap systems.Knowledgeable in malt milling, brewhouse operation, wort transfers, yeast pitching, monitoring fermentation, cellaring, and CIP/SIP procedures.Brewer experience, homebrewer experience, related coursework preferred.Must be highly motivated, self-directed, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and work independently.Must possess solid skills in basic mathematical computations and possess basic computer skills. ![]() Ability to read reports, instructions, and procedures.
